Frequently Asked Questions
After offering a chat service on our website for many months, we have compiled this list of the most common questions we receive. We hope the information below is helpful to you. Feel free to contact our team if you have any additional questions, and to schedule your consultation!
How much does treatment cost?
The cost of treatment varies depending on each individual’s orthodontic needs. We offer a complimentary examination to each prospective patient in order to design a customized treatment plan tailored to his or her needs. At the conclusion of the exam, fees and financing options are reviewed. The cost of orthodontic treatment ranges from $2500-$5500. Typically, treatment fees fall in the middle of that range, and in most cases the cost of treatment is the same for braces and Invisalign.
Do I need a referral from my dentist to schedule a consultation?
No, a referral from your dentist is not required to schedule a consultation. Our doctors complete a full orthodontic evaluation and diagnosis for each and every patient, and the consultation is complimentary.
Do you take insurance?
Yes! We accept all PPO plans, and the majority of HMO and DHMO plans. After you schedule your free consultation, we will collect your insurance information. This allows us to begin checking your orthodontic benefits prior to your visit, so we can provide you with an accurate quote and help you customize a payment plan while you are in the office.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes we do! We offer interest-free, flexible financing, and allow you to customize a payment plan that works with your budget.
When can I schedule my consultation?
Our offices are open Monday through Friday, and we offer consultation appointments as early as 9:20AM and as late as 6:00PM (depending on the day and location). Our team will work with you to find a time that is compatible with your schedule!
How long is a consultation?
Your appointment will last approximately 1 hour. We will begin by taking a panoramic radiograph and photos of your teeth, which one of our doctors will use to diagnose the orthodontic problems and recommend different treatment options. Patient education is very important to us, which is why we schedule plenty of time to discuss the proposed treatment and allow you to ask any questions you might have. Following a discussion of treatment options, our Treatment Coordinator will review fees with you, and help you customize a payment plan.
I am currently in treatment elsewhere. Can I transfer to your office?
Yes, we are one of the few orthodontic practices that accept transfer cases. To begin the process we will schedule an initial consultation, at which time we will take Progress Records*. One of our doctors will then assess your current treatment progress and review the transfer process with you.
